Food Truck Wednesday...

Tonight we went with the Green's to Virginia Highlands to test out the food truck hype at their Food Truck Wednesday event. It was SO cute and the food was delicious!! We tried to test out several things and everything was so yummy! The atmosphere was definitely fun, a bit "crunchy" aka lots of hippie looks going on, but we all loved it! A few of the trucks didn't show up, I suppose because of the weather, but the ones that were there were great. Here's who was there:

• Yumbii- Korean tacos and such
• The Fry Guy- belgian fries with a variety of sauces
• Sweet Auburn BBQ- ...bbq
• Tex's Tacos- Tacos and more
• The Pup Truck- Gourmet hot dogs
• SlideU- Sliders
• Honeysuckle- Gelato and sweets
• Yum Yum Cupcakes- DELICIOUS cupcakes

The ones we tried were Yumbii, the Fry Guy, SlideU, and Yum Yum Cupcakes. We had such a fun time together and enjoyed hanging out with good friends on a chilly Wednesday night =) Here are some pics of the deliciousness...
