We put our Christmas tree up today! It's our very first one together =) We spent the afternoon putting a few decorations out, watching football, putting away summer clothes and organizing the closet, cleaning, and then finished up the day at Johnny's Pizza with Cindy, Thomas, and Katie Anne. So now I am ready to take a hot shower, climb into bed, and read the rest of my book (500 down, 247 to go)! Reading the last book of the Twilight saga makes me sad. I always hate to end a series. Especially when they are SOOOO good! Tomorrow we have another busy day with church, putting out more decorations, and writing tons of essays for my final! I have 3 finals this week BOOO! But fortunately, that means this semester is OVER!!!! Which is all I've been waiting for! Tomorrow is also the LAST day of NaBloPoMo...thank goodness! I'm running out of things to take pictures of! But, in true Jillian and Katie form, we barreled on and we posted EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! I wonder what our next little competition will be? We missed out on "No Shave November" where apparently you aren't supposed to shave for the entire month...we were both fairly disappointed about that one =) Well, we'll think of something! Until then, NaBloPoMo it is!
We still need the tree skirt and the presents...anyone up for wrapping?

Everything looks gorgeous...BUT I cannot BELIEVE that you had the audacity to put all white lights on your Christmas tree. THIS from the child who CRIED when I wanted all white lights on a pretty "themed" tree one year!! Did I get my themed tree that year? NO...what kind of mother would break her baby's heart?? Colored lights and the old conglomeration of ornaments it was!!! And still is......and always will be....
Oh PUHLEEZ!!!I was like ten and you were ruining my childhood my changing from colored lights to white lights!...this is our new tradition, you can't change your colored light tradition...it's too late! And I worked hard on that conglomeration thank you very much!
Every thing looks wonderful! I still need to give you your wedding present!!!! I think about that every time I am in our wrapping room!
